Previously, I have owned a janitorial service in Tucson, Urban Maintenance Systems. I have also worked in business management for other janitorial and home cleaning services. I have supervised up to 35 cleaning personnel at multiple locations. The genesis of my experience began in a gritty Pennsylvania machine shop as a high school student. It was broadened immensely when I located to Tucson in the mid 70s.
I have extremely high standards. I only work for individuals and families that demand a clean home, office, or residence. My cleaning service has also been designed to meet the requirements of small business and office owners who want and need assistance maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. So if your home has not been cleaned in forever (Think months here)then I am not the person for your needs.

I am a mature English speaking gentleman of Irish/American heritage. I do not work by the hour nor do I provide phone or email estimates. I do however, provide free in-home and business/office cleaning consultations. This way we can meet to discuss your cleaning wants, needs and desires. We will also discuss cleaning times and schedules. Once the cleaning consultation has been completed, I will provide a detailed written bid by email, based on the consultation, and include schedule options.
