All janitorial services are provided on a written bid basis. Services include, but are not limited to, the following. These are provided as an example:

• Vacuuming of all floors using a HEPA filtration vacuum and wet mopping of all non carpeted floor areas.
• All trash removed and liners replaced, as needed
• All flat surfaces dusted and spot cleaned
• Clean and scrub all toilets, urinals, and sinks
• Clean all mirrors
• Dust all vents and ceiling fans

The service area for janitorial commercial business customers is considerably smaller than for day time housecleaning area. The boundary is a 5 mile radius of Speedway and Swan in Tucson. This includes the parts of Tucson, The Foothills, and Eastern Pima County, Arizona.

All services are based on each individual business or offices cleaning needs wants, and desires. This will vary per bid. All janitorial service provided are in accordance with your written bid and agreed upon by both parties in advance. Thus they are to be considered a contracted obligation. However, any and all service may be terminated with a two week written notice. All payment for service is due upon completion of service. Services are never billed unless otherwise specified in advance. As a very small self employed businessman I can not afford slow or no pay customers.
